A chance meeting with the writer Kathy Lette, at Community Radio Station 2-SER FM where I was a volunteer was a significant moment in my teens. Then aged fourteen, Kathy became both my mentor and unofficial tutor.
Radio announcing, cartoons and short stories were my primary passions, high school education rated as very secondary.

Years later, Kathy encouraged me to transfer the colours of my cartoons onto canvas.

Like strands through a vibrant tapestry, lives are interwoven with other lives, forming a diverse and colourful pattern that is as random as it is rich with the pulse of life.
We are as interconnected as the stars that shine above us in the night sky.

Painting for me is the alphabet of all that leads to zen.
Like dancing in the quantum field, it’s a sacred space, a holy place where all the dots are connected.

Life is both an unbridled adventure and a true celebration of colour.
